TransViet Cargo is pleased to officially announce the change of its email domain for all business communications and correspondence, effective 1 October 2026.

As part of this transition, the email domain @transviet.com will be officially discontinued and replaced by the new domain @transvietcargo.com.

1. TransViet Cargo’s New Email Domain

Effective from the above date, all business emails sent by TransViet Cargo will be sent using the @transvietcargo.com domain.

The @transviet.com domain will no longer be used for TransViet Cargo’s business email communications.

2. Important Information for Customers & Partners

To ensure uninterrupted communication and business operations, we kindly ask our Customers and Partners to:

• Update the email addresses of your TransViet Cargo contacts in your contact lists and internal systems;
• Take note that business communications from TransViet Cargo will now be sent from the @transvietcargo.com domain;
• Update the new domain in your databases, contact directories, and other relevant communication records;
• When contacting TransViet Cargo by email, please use the relevant email address with the @transvietcargo.com domain.

Keeping your contact information up to date will help ensure smooth and uninterrupted communication with TransViet Cargo.

3. Strengthening Brand Consistency and Communication

The transition to the @transvietcargo.com domain marks an important step in strengthening TransViet Cargo’s brand consistency and standardizing its communication system.

The new email domain is aligned with the TransViet Cargo brand, creating greater consistency across our communications with Customers, Partners, and other stakeholders.
